Our journey as Meşe Közde Döner began with the passion to bring back that old, nearly forgotten true flavor of doner to the present day. Our goal is not just to satisfy hunger, but to offer our guests an unforgettable taste experience.
Why Oak Wood?: Unlike ordinary cooking methods, we cook our doner only over the embers of specially selected oak woods, without rushing. The high and balanced heat provided by the oak wood ensures that the outside of the meat is seared while the inside remains as soft as Turkish delight. This method adds that unique smoky aroma and naturalness to the meat.
